Henriette H. Thygesen

Prior to joining Terma, Henriette held a number of executive positions within A.P. Moeller Maersk, most recently as COO. Earlier roles included CEO Fleet & Strategic Brands ((2000-2023) responsible for all nonintegrated business, strategic priorities such as Decarbonisation as well as a number of enabling functions), CEO of Svitzer (2016-2021), Regional CEO Americas (2014-2016), and Regional CEO Asia (2011-2014).

Henriette holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics, an Executive MBA from London Business school and Colombia University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. In addition, to the Terma CEO role, Henriette is a member of the Board of Vestas A/S (windmill manufacturer) and ISS A/S (facility management). She has prior board experience from SAS (airline) and Cowi (engineering consulting).

Henriette is married to Jacob with one son (Jens) and lives in central Copenhagen.
