As autocrats strengthen their alliances and democracies become increasingly transactional, our challenge is to remember that freedom transcends all other differences. Strengthening democracy in this shifting world order requires bold innovation, deeper cooperation, and strategic investment in security and defense—key themes that will shape our 2025 summit.
