Alicia is the Founder and CEO of Make.org. Prior to founding Make.org, she spent a decade working in the tech industry, building and managing teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers. Notably, she established the first Growth Hacking Team in France at Deezer to accelerate the company's growth. In 2016, she joined forces with Deezer's former CEO to found Make.org, aiming to leverage technology for the betterment of our democracies. In recognition of her transformative contributions to France, she was awarded the Le Point-Giverny ranking in 2021, honouring exceptional individuals under 40. Additionally, she was selected as a Rising Talent by the Women's Forum for the Economy & Society in 2022.
