Taiwanese fighter for freedom in Ukraine against Russian aggression. 29 years old. Jack heads a coffee import company in Taipei. “if the free world doesn’t stop Russia in Ukraine, China will invade Taiwan”, that’s Jack’ thinking. He heard President Zelenskyy ask for support and Jack travelled to Ukraine in March 2022. He got enrolled in a military unit with Georgian fighters close to Bucha, the city scarred by Russia’s atrocities. Jack’s travel to Ukraine is the first time he visits Europe.
After returning to Taipei in the summer 2022, Jack’s message to China is: “let’s live in peace. There is not a single reason to start a war”.
