Luke de Pulford is the founder and Executive Director of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC), which comprises around 350 members from 35 legislatures to push for democratic countries to reform policy on China. He previously co-founded the anti-slavery charity Arise, which he ran from its inception until 2022.
