Lucy Akello is a Member of the Ugandan Parliament, representing the Amuru District Women’s Constituency. She represents the Forum for Democratic Change party and is a member of the Human Rights Network Uganda. Lucy is also a member of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China.
