Cecilia Bonefeld-Dahl is Director-General of DIGITALEUROPE, the leading European association for digital industries, representing over 56,000 companies across 35+ countries.
Senior executive and board member with extensive experience shaping Europe’s digital transformation agenda. With more than 25 years of experience in the digital sector, she has held senior international roles at IBM and Oracle, worked closely with SMEs across Europe and Asia, and founded GlobeIT, a global SAP implementation and cloud services company.
She is a recognized voice in European digital policy, contributing to key European Commission forums and supporting cybersecurity work with ENISA. She has also advised NATO and contributed to major international initiatives on AI and digital transformation. In 2023 she received the Ukraine Peace Prize on behalf of DIGITALEUROPE for its support to Ukraine and in 2025 the Defence Recognition Award from the Ukraine Ministry of Defence
