Dea is a youth empowerment advocate and international development professional, with a law degree from Tbilisi State University. As founder of ETAN and a Young European Ambassador, she has built a career at the intersection of EU projects, capacity-building, and non-formal education for underrepresented youth. Dea brings hands-on experience designing platforms where young people's voices shape policy and practice. Driven by a belief that leadership can be taught and rights must be defended, she works to ensure the next generation across Georgia and beyond can reach their full potential.
