Viktor Yakymovych

Viktor Yakymovych is a Ukrainian cybersecurity entrepreneur and founder of Sec-TA, a company specializing in GovTech, cybersecurity, and GRC. He leads the development of CompliCat, a platform used to support monitoring the implementation of Ukraine’s national cybersecurity strategy in collaboration with the SSSCIP, with planned deployment across critical infrastructure. During wartime blackouts, his solutions helped ensure stable connectivity for communities of over 12 million people, including Kyiv, Dnipro, and other regions. His work focuses on strengthening digital resilience, supporting government institutions, and advancing cybersecurity capacity in Ukraine under hybrid threats.
