Frank H. McCourt, Jr. is a civic entrepreneur and executive chairman of McCourt Global, a diversified enterprise that builds businesses across real estate and infrastructure, sports, technology, and media, expanding upon his family's 133-year legacy of developing infrastructure.

He is the founder of Project Liberty, a global initiative advancing a more equitable digital future by enabling people to own and control their personal data through AI-ready, rights-based digital infrastructure. Project Liberty encompasses: Project Liberty Labs, which develops decentralized technologies including Frequency and the Decentralized Social Networking Protocol; the Project Liberty Institute, an independent 501(c)(3) dedicated to research, governance, and policy design; and the Project Liberty Alliance, a network of 175+ partners.

McCourt also owns French professional football club Olympique de Marseille and serves as chairman of McCourt Partners and the Premier Jumping League. As a founding donor, he helped establish Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy with two transformative donations and is the proud father of eight.
