Dr. Erik Eschen is the Chief Executive Officer of VAC Group, a global leader in magnetic solutions serving a wide range of industries, including renewable energy, e‑mobility, automotive, industrial automation, medical technology, aerospace, and defense. Under his leadership, VAC Group successfully navigated a major change of ownership, strengthening its global position and strategic direction.
Before joining VAC Group, Dr. Eschen served as Chief Financial Officer at Keller Holding GmbH and held several international management roles within the Bilfinger Berger Group. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Consultant in Financial Advisory Services at BDO, specializing in company valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
Dr. Eschen earned his degree in Business Administration and completed his doctorate in Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at Freie Universität Berlin, where he also published extensively in academic journals.
