Rana Mansour is an Iranian-American singer-songwriter who is a pioneer in the Persian international music scene. Singing in atleast 10 different languages, Rana uses her music to bridge the gap between East and West. A graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA Rana Mansour is the current leading Persian female singer who is a devout activist for the women’s rights movement in Iran by vocally expressing her disdain for the Iranian government’s decision to ban women from singing in public or as the main performer.
