Antje Schippmann

Antje Schippmann is the co-founder and managing director of the Axel Springer Freedom Foundation, a Berlin-based non-profit dedicated to supporting dissidents and democracy defenders from autocracies and frontline democracies. She previously worked as a journalist at Axel Springer publications, covering foreign policy, and held senior editorial roles at WELT and BILD before co-founding the foundation.
