George Lubaretsi

George is a software engineer and founder of FOI Security, which builds practical digital security tools for activists and civil society. He spent years at Transparency International Georgia developing civic tech infrastructure for corporate transparency (companyinfo.ge), parliamentary monitoring (myparliament.ge), public procurement oversight (tendermonitor.ge), and citizen reporting (fixmystreet.ge), and has since led engineering teams across a wide range of industries. His work sits at the intersection of software engineering and democratic accountability - building tools that make institutions more transparent and citizens harder to surveil.
