Markéta Gregorová

Markéta Gregorová, Member of the European Parliament, is a Czech activist and politician, and a second Vice-chair of the Czech Pirate Party.

In the European Parliament she joined the Group of the Greens/European Free Alliance, where she forms part of the European Pirates Delegation in the European Parliament. She is a Vice-Chair of the Delegation to the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly (DEPA), a full member of the Committee on International Trade (INTA), member and the Coordinator of the Subcommittee on Security and Defence (SEDE). She is the member of the Delegation to the EU-Armenia Parliamentary Partnership Committee, the EU-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Cooperation Committee and the EU-Georgia Parliamentary Association Committee (DSCA) and she was also a Member and the Coordinator of the former Special Committee on Foreign Interference in all Democratic Processes in the European Union, including Disinformation (ING2). She is also a substitute member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs (AFET), the Committee on Constitutional Affairs (AFCO)-

Among her main topics are human rights, hybrid threats including disinformation and cybersecurity, and the region of Eastern partnership, with focus on its relations with the EU and Russia.
